The mother of four young children, Emma Brookes realised that she was finding herself spending hours searching for the perfect way to pretty up tables so she could create fun mealtimes for the kids and stylish dinner parties for friends. Unable to find the high-quality, versatile and beautiful pieces she was looking for, she decided to take a bold step and set up Hankie Pankie Tables.
She used her trips to Europe to her advantage and soon began sourcing artisanal suppliers near her house in France, she picked unique Italian brands when on trips see friends and Spanish and Portuguese ceramic tableware reminiscent of her childhood holidays to Spain. It was through her tenacity and love of all things beautiful that Emma was able to secure Asia exclusives with some of her favourite brands including Les Ottomans, Sabre Paris, The Vintage List and Ortigia Sicilia.
Hankie Pankie pieces are all curated tastefully in a delicious array of patterns and colours to suit all tastes. The pieces are designed to set the scene for all of those moments that fuel our lives; from family gatherings to festive celebrations, impromptu playdates to casual drinkies …. making them just a little bit more beautiful.
The Hankie Pankie Tables brand was created to bring beauty to any Tablescape. It was welcomed into the Brookes family in late 2019.
